Anyone who knew anything about the Red Sox knew Bobby Valentine was getting into an interesting situation when he signed on to be Boston's manager this past offseason. Many predicted instant combustion. Most figured it would be a rocky season at best. • What a creep valentine is. He says this after he ruined a veteran clubhouse by doing what he has done many times before...taking players to task publicly. A 'MAN' would call them into his office and not embarras a player publicly. I'm no josh beckett lover, actually think he's a real jerk. But Boston was crazy to hire this creep as their manager. Now he's trying to back pedal in order to save his job. If Boston brings him back they will be the laughing stock of MLB.
