While all eyes were stuck on Hanley Ramirez, Tim Wakefield and David Ortiz stole the show. Wakefield improved to 9-3 on the season and 6-0 at home pitching six innings allowing two runs, six hits, one walk with four strikeouts. Ortiz launched his fifth homer of the season into Florida's bullpen to spark a six run fourth inning. He also capped the frame off with a two-run RBI single to center. Boston knocked out 13 hits with Dustin Pedroia, Jacoby Ellsbury, Nick Green and George Kottaras all had mutli-hit games alongside Ortiz. Stars of the Game - Wakefield, Ortiz Wakefield continues to dominate at home and Ortiz seems to slowly be turning around at the plate. Next Game - 6/17 vs. Florida Marlins - Andrew Miller/Brad Penny Every time Penny pitches he is under a microscope. His trade stock will rise or drop after this outing.
