Weren’t you looking forward to this weeklong home stand against the Royals and Twins? I certainly was, and this 2-4 result definitely was not what I was hoping for.

The Indians fell to 28-25 with the loss today, and now enter one of their most difficult stretches of the season leading up to the All-Star Break. Justin Masterson was again mediocre, Jason Kipnis went 0-for-4 and the Tribe managed just three unearned runs against Minnesota lefty Scott Diamond. Stay tuned tomorrow as I’m sure TD will be extra joyous about this one.

Indians Notes: Kipnis as Leader, Chisenhall Returns, Strength of Schedule

There aren’t particularly too many Browns storylines right now and my brother and I covered many of the pivotal NBA ones yesterday, so today is Tribe time. Check out my usual WFNY Wednesday Wahoos for more of my regular Tribe coverage. – Who are the new Cleveland Indians? Of course, people reminisce all the time about the Tribe teams of the ’90s. Those teams were the classics...

That power surge with former stars of the 90s in attendance was more than enough for Derek Lowe, who gave the Indians their first quality start in over a week as he pitched 6 2/3 innings allowing just...
