A much needed victory today for the Indians as they returned home to a crowd of over 25K at Progressive Field. Josh Tomlin was adequate in his return to the mound, and a five-run third inning boosted the Tribe to the win.

Of note, Lonnie Chisenhall homered in his first MLB at-bat of the season, Jason Kipnis collected three more hits and Chris Perez’s only stumble was after capturing his 17th consecutive save. TD will have more on the four games from the extended weekend first thing tomorrow.
