Braun casts his vote

Phoenix — Ryan Braun knows a thing or two about what it takes to win rookie of the year honors in the National League. The Brewers' leftfielder, who won that award as a third baseman in 2007, believes the team's third baseman, Casey McGehee, should receive strong consideration when ballots are cast at season's end. "He's got to be right there with anybody," said Braun. "You look at his numbers, he's finishing the season strong. He's got to be right there.
