Milwaukee Brewers center fielder Carlos Gomez suffered a broken left collarbone during Wednesday's 5-2 victory over the Arizona Diamondbacks. Gomez made a tumbling catch on Ryan Roberts' fly ball during the fourth inning, but immediately came up in visible pain. "It's a great win, a great comeback but I'm bummed about 'Gomey,'" Milwaukee manager Ron Roenicke said. "It's a big loss for us. If he doesn't make that play, we probably don't win the game." Roenicke estimated that Gomez would be sidelined for two months, but the team will perform additional tests on the 25-year-old Dominican on Thursday. Gomez is batting .220 with six homers and 19 RBIs this season.
