In a post to Twitter, Tom Haudricourt of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel says he doesn’t believe it’s likely the Brewers will sign Jose Reyes this winter.
Having said that, in regards to Reyes, Brewers GM Doug Melvin told Haudricourt “I’m interested in everybody until I know what the price is.”
SI.com’s Jon Heyman recently said the Brewers are targeting Jose Reyes, since they feel there is no hope for them to re-sign Prince Fielder.
