The Milwaukee Brewers continue to take the initial steps in rebuilding their shaky bullpen from a year ago.The club announced Thursday that reliever Kameron Loe has refused an assignment to Triple-A and will become a free agent. This comes a day after the Brewers parted ways with reliever Jose Veras. In additional roster shuffling, first baseman Travis Ishikawa was outrighted to Triple-A Nashville where he will likely elect free agency, outfielder Nyjer Morgan refused his assignment and became a free agent and the Brewers claimed right-handed reliever Arcenio Leon off waivers from Houston. Loe, 31, spent three seasons with the Brewers, but had his worst season in a Milwaukee uniform in 2012. Appearing in 70 games, Loe posted a 6-5 record with a 4.61 earned run average and a 1.43 WHIP. In his three seasons, Loe appeared in 195 games with a 3.67 ERA in 198 23 innings for the Brewers.Arbitration eligible this offseason, Loe was projected to get 2.6 million in arbitration.
