Adam Rubin has heard that Matt Capps appears to be the best fit and I tend to agree.  That's not to say, he's the best available closer or that I'm excited about the proposition, just that he fits. 

For what they want to spend and the quality are they're looking, along with having money left over for a set-up man, Capps appears to be that guy...
