Here’s guessing that “@MichiganMagic1″ is a Yankees fan — or was at least witness to what Orioles first baseman Chris Davis did to the Yankees over the weekend. Davis is having a pretty incredible season, having belted 31 home runs (two shy of his single-season high) through just 82 games. After amassing barely that many bombs at any other point in his career (he totaled 44 over the five years before 2012, when he logged the 33), his tendency to pop the ball over the well pretty often has some people thinking the worst. Those suspicions were only heightened this weekend, when Davis roughed up the Yankees with two homers Saturday evening and another Sunday night. That’s where Twitter user @MichiganMagic1 comes in. He asked what many people are likely thinking, and he’s the only one to get a direct answer back, thanks to the good old Twitter “reply” button. See how Davis handled the big question in his tweet below. @MichiganMagic1 No— Chris Davis (@ChrisDavis_19) June 30, 2013
