Bat: His bat projects to have some average power who saw his stock rise with a strong Junior season at the plate. He made strong contact all season. He has plus speed, which helps him on the base paths and helps him stretch a some hits for extra bases.
Defense: A good outfielder who takes solid routes and a good arm.

The Cincinnati Reds have released left handed pitcher Jeff Francis, at his request, according to Jerry Crasnick of ESPN.
Francis, 31, went 6-16 with a 4.82 ERA, 0.9 HR/9, 1.9 BB/9 and 4.5 SO/9 in 183.0 innings last season with the Royals. This season, he went 3-6 with a 3.72 ERA, 0.7 HR/9, 2.1 BB/9 and 7.6 SO/9 in 77.1 innings with the Reds' Triple-A team.
