Cliff Lee: Out for Opening Day

Indians pitchers sure love their abdominal strains. Cliff Lee is expected to miss anywhere between 4-6 weeks with the injury, which is similar to the one that sidelined him in 2003. That year, he missed 2 months before taking the mound again. Lee isn't an ace, but he ate up innings on a pitching staff without a lot of starting depth and a shaky bullpen. They can't afford to have him on the shelf for too long.
