Via NESN:

Cody Ross puts his pants on the same way that everybody else does: one leg at a time. The only difference is, when they're on, they're about a dozen sizes too small.
The Red Sox outfielder stayed loose with his teammates on Wednesday by donning a pair of tight, tight pants during batting practice. There's a reason the pants are so ill-fitting, however -- they belong to Ross' 5-year-old son.
That didn't stop Ross from showing off his style in the Red Sox dugout, and taking the time to pose for WEEI's Rob Bradford.
