According to Joe Capozzi of the Palm Beach Post, outfielder Chris Coghlan may not be ready for Opening Day due to soreness in his right shoulder. Coghlan was scratched from Thursday’s lineup versus St. Louis and there could be a chance that he plays in a few minor league games for the rest of the spring. Expect Emilio Bonifacio to get the majority of the playing time if Coghlan is out for a longer period of time. The Marlins open up against the Mets on April 1.
