Another series lost by the Padres. This time though we didn't just lay down and give the Brewers the win. We fought back hard and ultimately lost because John Baker couldn't figure out how to get the bat off his shoulder. If he had gone down swinging the loss would have hurt, but less so then it does that he went down looking. Also I want to know who the schdule makers are. Making the Padres travel to St. Louis, New York, and Chicago only to come back home before going back to Milwaukee. Now they are on their way to Seattle. It just seems really dumb to me to have the team jumping around like that.
