The video of Arizona shortstop Stephen Drew’s horrific ankle break isn’t for the faint of heart, but you already knew that, didn’t you? I probably should have put a warning about the graphic nature of the injury before the video, but everybody loves surprises, even when they lead to nausea and vomiting.
Amirite?
The sickening play occurred during the fourth inning of the D’Backs-Brewers game, which Arizona ended up losing 5-2 in 10-innings. Drew was attempting to score from second on a Chris Young double, and as he slid into home, his ankle did some ungodly things. Not surprisingly Drew is out for the season and will more than likely require surgery.

Yikes.
