Our fascination with Drunken Wade Boggs cannot possibly be satisfied with just yesterday’s story of how Wade crashed a Mexican wedding and was hitting on a married pregnant woman. So we went searching for more Drunken Wade Boggs. Eventually BC editors dug up this night at Snappers in Key Largo when Wade takes the stage to cover the Garth Brooks classic ‘Friends in Low Places.’
Wait until you hear the crowd’s reaction to this drunken debauchery.

Premise of Video: From what we can tell, Wade travels to exotic locales quite often and then gets drunk in those locales. It just happened he was at this bar in Key Largo on karaoke night. Snappers really does exist and looks like a place to get hammered and not be recognized by the locals.
Climax of Video: Near the end some smartass lady yells out “Don’t quit your day job.” Darlin’, you have no idea.
Conclusion: It’s now our dream to run into Wade Boggs in some exotic locale and drink well into the night and hear about the broads, the beer and the years of covering Garth Brooks’ songs across this great country.

Wade Boggs is just killing it in Key Largo. I would rather get kicked in the nuts than listen to Garth Brooks, but I can listen to Boggs rendition of "friends in low places" all day long. Apparently he frequents tropical islands and kills karaoke in front of crowds of 6-10 people who don't know who the hell he is.
The life of a Hall-of-Famer...
Wade Boggs likes to drink beer. He likes to drink a LOT of beer.
[Seriously, if you have never read the story about Boggs and drinking 70 beers, go read it right now, we'll wait]
Anyway, Boggs recently had a drink or 30 in a Key Largo bar and decided to get in touch with his inner-Garth. Brooks, that is. Yes folks, this is the only Rays player to ever have his number retired...
Thanks to the superb research of @Sportsfeeder1 we learn of a certain MLB Hall of Famer who played in Boston and Tampa who happened to be in Mexico last week. And was supposedly drunk. And supposedly crashed some guy’s wedding. It’s all right there, documented on Twitter. You drunken MLB Hall of Famers are on notice. Twitter will out your asses.
