Continuing on with examining the D’Backs 2011 roster, we move to a position with some question marks. After one season in the desert, Adam LaRoche has moved on to the nation’s capital, leaving Arizona with a big hole at first. Who will try and replace LaRoche’s production? Lets take a look.
Brandon Allen: Ever since he was a part of the Tony Pena trade back in July of 2009, most of D’Backs fans have been wondering when Allen would become this team’s starter at first base. With LaRoche gone, the time is now for this 24-year-old. He has nothing left to prove in the minor leagues with hitting at every level.
