The Texas Rangers 2012 Fanfest will take place Jan. 12-15 at the Arlington Convention Center, the club said Wednesday.
Fanfest is a three-day event running from Friday Jan. 13-15 where, in addition to meeting Rangers players, fans can take part in a long list of interactive activities. (List below)
The awards show is Thursday, Jan. 12. and the team will award infielder-designated hitter Michael Young the team's 2011 Player of the Year award while giving left-hander C.J. Wilson the club’s 2011 Pitcher of the Year award. The show will include a number of award presentations to Rangers players and other baseball personalities and serves as an intro to Fanfest.
The Rangers promise other live entertainment at the ceremony as well.
Tickets are priced at $75 each for Reserved Seating and $50 for General Admission for the awards ceremony. One day tickets to Fanfest are $20 for adults and $10 for kids 13 and under. A three-day pass is $50 for adults and $25 for kids 13 and un...
