The Miami Marlins topped the Washington Nationals 3-1 on Tuesday behind a good effort from Ricky Nolasco and a solid day on offense.   The Marlins now have only six games left in the Spring before their much anticipated regular season gets underway. Nolasco gave up nine hits in six and a third innings while striking out four and walking none.    The start was Nolasco’s next to last before the Grapefruit League ends.  His final Spring start will be against the New York Yankees at Marlins Park.  J.D. Martin picked up the last two outs of the seventh inning.   Steve Cishek worked the eighth in scoreless fashion to earn a hold.   Heath Bell pitched in the ninth inning for the first time as a Marlin and was credited with the save.    Bell struck out two and allowed no baserunners in his inning on the mound. The Marlins tallied four doubles, one each from Austin Kearns, Jose Reyes, Gaby Sanchez, and Brett Hayes.  Kearns helped his cause of making the team with two hits and two runs batted...
