The end of a crazy turn of events came today, and some might say that things have come full circle. Terry Francona, the former Red Sox manager, agreed to take a job as an analyst on ESPN’s Sunday Night Baseball, a post that was previously held by current Sox manager Bobby Valentine.
Francona will make his ESPN debut tonight from Dallas, where he will cover the annual winter meetings for SportsCenter and Baseball Tonight. Tito filled in for games 1 and 2 of last years American League Championship Series on Fox.
