Your browser does not support iframes. A foul tip by Atlanta Braves All-Star Freddie Freeman smashed a camera behind home plate at Citi Field during Wednesday night's game against the New York Mets. It happened in the first pitch of Freeman's second inning at-bat. No word yet if Freeman has to pay for it. It's the third time this season that the glass in front of the camera has been shattered, including one time when it happened on the ceremonial first pitch.  Maybe the Mets need to move that camera, or consider investing in shatterproof glass. Hudson’s Place in Atlanta Braves History

Once again, the Atlanta Braves struggled to score runs against the New York Mets on Tuesday night, as the Mets were able to score 3 runs late to defeat the Braves, 4-1. The Braves were 1-8 with RISP during Tuesday’s game.  That does not bode well for getting runs or a win in any game. Jeremy Hefner was manhandled as the Braves teed off on him for three home runs and chased him from the game after 4.1 innings. All told Hefner was charged with six runs, five earned, on...
