They were all no doubt there to see the return of the Braves' Tim Hudson to the mound -- and a successful return it was.
Timmy worked his way into trouble in the first inning by allowing back-to-back lead-off doubles, but then he looked like he was going to settle down when he struck out Hanley Ramirez swinging on a nasty change-up. But the next batter fought off an inside pitch for a two-run single up the middle. Hudson would pretty much cruise after that until the sixth when he gave up a double and two walks which loaded the bases with one out. Ground ball specialist Peter Moylan came on to get the rally-killing double play grounder. I'd like to point out the use of Kris Medlen in this game. He came on to pitch the seventh, as Moylan...
