Minnesota manager Ron Gardenhire taught his son, Toby, many things about the game of baseball. Recently, the Twins skipper gave his oldest child a different life lesson. In a picture shared on Twitter by Toby's wife, Lindsay, Ron Gardenhire can be seen reflected in a mirror as he looks on while Toby holds a razor in his hands. The tweet says, "Father teaching son how to trim eyebrows SpecialMoment 10poundslighter." Ten pounds might be an exaggeration, but the picture especially the expression on the manager's face is great. Gardenhire, 55, is in his 12th season at the helm in Minnesota. He has led the Twins to six American League Central titles but finished with 99 and 96 losses the last two seasons. Toby Gardenhire, 30, was a minor league player in the Twins' system up until 2011, when he played 103 games with Triple-A Rochester. He is now the head baseball coach at UW-Stout in Menomonie, Wis. Toby's Blue Devils team was recently down in Fort Myers, Fla., to take on the Twins' rookie team. UW-Stout lost, 3-2, in 10 innings. At least Stout's manager was able to look on with perfectly manicured eyebrows.
