Finally. After exhausting every possible excuse, GM Dayton Moore has finally called up RHP prospect Jake Odorizzi and manager Ned Yost has slotted him to start on Sunday against the Cleveland Indians.
All Odorizzi had to do was go 15-5 with a 3.03 ERA in 145.1 IP in AA and AAA this season. Then, of course, he had to pitch in the AAA playoffs and the AAA championship...
