ARLINGTON, Texas Nobody knows what a Josh Hamilton slump looks like better than the Texas Rangers. He struck out twice and flied out to left, dropping to 1-for-20 for the season with 10 strikeouts. Then again, it's usually a good idea to walk Pujols, who homered both times he wasn't walked in an 8-4 Angels victory. Walking Pujols wasn't showing a lack of respect to Hamilton, Rangers manager Ron Washington said. It was just good strategy. "You know Hamilton is not swinging the bat well," said Washington. "We had some left-handers out there and we just went for the matchup. Each time we didn't walk him, you saw what happened." Hamilton didn't address the media after the game, having already conducted two press conferences the day before in ...

Josh Hamilton Says Comments About Rangers Playing in ‘Football Town’ Have Been ‘Absolute Nightmare’ for Him

Josh Hamilton Gets Treated Just as Expected on Return to Arlington

Josh Hamilton did not have the smoothest end to his time with the Texas Rangers at the end of last season nor when he opted to sign with a division rival over the Rangers. Fans were not too distraught over his departure with the way he played down the stretch, but that does not necessarily mean they wanted him to go. Once he regained control of his demons again he'd be back to...

Albert Pujols, and a beautiful thing

Baseball is an ever-changing game.
