Fox Sports Ohio:
I have never been very good at hitchhiking, but when it come to covering major league baseball, Id accept a ride on a pig hauler. And it has come to that for me.I need a driver to transport me to and from my Englewood, Oh. home to Cincinnati Reds home games at Great American Ball Park.As many of you know, Ive been legally blind since 2002 and I am unable to drive (well, I can drive, but keeping it between the lines and on the road might be a problem). For the past five years, my good friend Larry Glass drove me to every Reds game...and what a driver he was. In five years, he was late only once, and that was due to car problems.Unfortunately, health issues restricts Larry from driving this year and I am looking for a suitable substitute.Pay? Well, nothing, but FOXSportsOhio.com graciously provides 55 cents a mile. The upside is that my driver gets to see all the home games free and accompany me in the press box.And it isnt a matter of arriving at game time and leaving immediately after...

Are you a Reds fan in Dayton?
Do you have a car?
Do you want to go for free?
I must credit RedlegsReview for the story but it is worth a share.
Basically McCoy needs a ride to the games and is willing to trade a seat in the pressbox.
As most of you know, I am legally blind and unable to drive. For the past five years, my friend Larry Glass has been my driver from Dayton to Cincinnati...
We all know that the 2012 version of the Cincinnati Reds bullpen was really good. Heck, Reds relievers led all other Major League League clubs with a tidy 2.65 ERA last year. Their dominance even struck up a debate around Cincinnati as to whether or not they were better than the 1990 Reds 'pen.
Well, at least one respected ESPN writer has chimed in on his opinion. As good...

The Cincinnati Reds will host the 2015 Major League All-Star Game, the Cincinnati Enquirer reported Monday. Commissioner Bud Selig is expected to make the announcement on Wednesday when he comes to Cincinnati. Cincinnati has not hosted the All-Star Game since 1988, and this will be the first time it's played at Cincinnati's Great American Ballpark. This year's...
We just finished the baseball magazine Friday, and of course a big part of that magazine is our comprehensive A-Z player outlook section, where we write the previews for approximately 1,300-1,400 players.
But baseball is a huge universe, - we can't possibly write outlooks for every interesting player, especially for the magazine, where space is finite. But there are...

So, first things first. I have contemplated this in the past, and have been approached from another site who wanted to bring me and the site on as a “subscription based site” for their network, I have declined. However as I am getting further down the road in my life, what used to support me doesn’t quite do so anymore. Lately I have been interviewing for jobs, but yesterday...
