The Cleveland Indians have placed outfielder Michael Brantley and pitcher Josh Tomlin on the 15-day disabled list.Brantley will miss at least the next two weeks with inflammation in his right wrist. The 24-year-old hasn't played since Monday.The move was made retroactive to Aug. 23, meaning he will be eligible to return Sept. 7. He's hitting .266 for the season with seven home runs and 46 RBIs in 451 at-bats.Tomlin is on the DL with elbow soreness. His move is retroactive to Aug. 25, making Sept. 9 the earliest he can return to action.Tomlin, 26, is 12-7 with a 4.25 ERA in 26 starts this season.
