Is Theo Epstein an Idiot?

Red Sox blogger Fragile Freddy listed virtually every move Sox GM Theo Epstein has made over the last 24 months and broken them down into 'moves that worked,' 'moves that didn't work,' and 'moves that remain in doubt.' This is a great breakdown of all that's happened in Beantown over the last two years. It's hard to pile on a guy that helped bring Boston a championship. I think he's been better than average, but another few disappointing moves/seasons could swing my vote.
