The Seattle Mariners will be reworking their rotation to begin the second half of the season. Just what form that revamping will take hasn't been completely determined. Manager Eric Wedge said that Hisashi Iwakuma would move into the rotation after the break. He'll be taking the spot that had belonged to Hector Noesi. "Iwakuma will start after the break," Wedge said before Kevin Millwood went out and threw seven shutout innings in a 4-1, 11-inning loss to the A's in Oakland, "but he'll be in the bullpen this weekend." There isn't an exact day set for Iwakuma to start, because that will depend on whether the Mariners' lone All-Star, Felix Hernandez, pitches in the Al-Star Game on Tuesday. Noesi is being asked to get his game back together at Class AAA Tacoma after an eight-game losing streak left him at 2-11 with a 5.77 ERA.
