(AP Photo/Elise Amendola) Jackie Bradley Jr. launched his first homer in the majors last night, which was part of a night where everything went right for the Sox offense. It was great to see Bradley Jr. hit his first career home run against a team that has dominated the Sox in recent years. JBJ had only a few words to say about it. WEEI Jackie Bradley Jr. has accumulated a few mementos from his baseball career so far, such as the ball from his first big-league hit. But with having played in six different cities over the last three years, he hasn’t put together a trophy case or anything of the sort. “I move too much,” he said, smiling, after Tuesday’s 17-5 Red Sox win over the Rangers. [...] “Got a pitch I could handle, and I guess I didn’t really feel it,” Bradley said of the second-inning home run, which scored Jose Iglesias. “It felt good coming off the bat, and I’m glad to get the first one out of the way.” [...] “I’m just being aggressive, swinging at more strikes that are in the zone, and not just taking the strikes looking for a particular pitch or location,” Bradley said of his approach since returning When asked what he though about what the Sox would do with him when Victorino returns, he gave a short and perfect answer: “Nope, haven’t thought about it,” Bradley said. “I live in the day.” I am sure he though about it, but that is the perfect answer. Can't wait to see him as a permanent resident on the big-league roster.
