PLAYERS: Craig Biggio
TEAMS: Houston Astros
The Houston Astros may lose 100 games this season but perhaps they found a player that can hit. J.J. Watt, the reigning NFL defensive player of the year, put on a power display before the teams game on Friday. Watt hit five home runs according to James Palmer of Comcast Sportsnet Houston. At one point he hit three in a row. Hitting home runs is not unheard of for Watt as he played baseball until his sophomore year of high school. H/T: KHOU This is not the first time Watt has donned Astro gear. He showed his support for Craig Biggio’s hall of fame bid this year by sporting a retro jersey. (right)
