He's back. Three days after filing for bankruptcy, Jose Canseco signed a deal on Friday with the Rio Grande Valley WhiteWings of the North American Baseball League. His first start is expected to be Saturday night. This is not Canseco's first stint in the league. Last season, he played a quick 20 games with the Yuma Scorpions, hitting eight homers and knocking in 46 runs, while also sharing some of the managerial duties for the squad.
