Judge orders Dwight Gooden to leave home after wife alleges threats

Man, I wish this guy can find some peace in his life. Most of his woes are self-inflected. When he was 19 yrs old, this dude came in to the majors with command of 5 pitches, and could throw them on demand. A 90-95 mph fastball to any spot on the plate; A curve away from righties and in on lefties; A mean slider, a sinker that would look at you and fall of the table in a split second; And an 80 mph change up that would make you kill yourself swinging at it. He should have 300-plus wins and a bust in Cooperstown. Because of his addiction, he is now one of the many tragedies of sportsmen dealing with addiction. I know people who would die and go to hell for that kind of talent. Same with Daryl Strawberry. Probably the sweetest swing from the left side next to Griffey, Jr. Could hit for average, hit for power, speed on the basepaths, and a gun from right field to third on the fly.. I wish these guys can see how blessed they are and leave that stuff alone!! Unfortunately, it has robbed many, and will continue rob many more.. Sad, any way you look at it. God bless him..
