Just Get It Over With

Earlier in the year, Angry proclaimed the Cubs mantra for 2009, "Just Get It ******* Done." Well, they didn't and the season is practically over. Things have been pretty slow here at the College. Only 5 posts from last month and this will probably be the last Cubs post of the 2009 season. Don't worry though, COI has already moved onto the Bears, who will open up with the Packers on Sunday night.Plus we have our alma maters to discuss with Purdon't (Purdue), ASS-U (Arizona State), and Naw-thin' (Northern Illinois). The college season kicked off with some pretty good games, and I didn't even have any bets laid. The Iowa-Northern Iowa game was entertaining, the Mormons beat up on the Sooners and the shoot-out in Tallahassee had me on the edge of my seat (only because of my deep-seeded hatred of FSU that breeds from my childhood).But back to the Cubs.
