What could the Cubs get for Marmol in terms of prospects? I'd think they could probably get 2 top prospects and a mid-level prospect as well considering how valuable relievers are around the deadline. Pretty much every contender looking for bullpen help this time of the year and not many, if any at all, like Marmol available. If you really want to get Sabathia, that's how to do it. 3 team trade sending Marmol to a contender for 2-3 prospects. Send those to Cleveland, along with one or two more for Sabathia. You'd probably be able to keep Gallagher that way depending on what you could get for Marmol. As good at sports as Marmol is, if you could somehow turn him into CC Sabathia, even for just 2+ months, you'd be crazy not do it. Relievers are valuable, but Marmol has as much trade value right now as he ever will and because of that, he may be more valuable to another team than he is the Cubs. You'd have to make another trade to get another reliever for the late innings, but Fuentes is available and others will become available. So what could you get for Marmol and could you flip those prospects for Sabathia allowing the Cubs to keep Gallagher? Thoughts?
