Lucas Herbert is currently leading the Open Championship at the halfway stage. However, his caddie found himself in touching distance of a penalty. Herbert was on pace for one of the lowest rounds in major championship history when his caddie, Nick Pugh, briefly became the center of attention at the 14th hole.
