It remains unclear where free agent Kyle Lohse will
ultimately land this offseason, as the Pittsburgh Pirates and Atlanta Braves
are the latest teams that are reportedly uninterested in the right-hander.
While he believes Lohse would be a “great fit” for the
Pirates, Jon Paul Morosi of FOX Sports says the Bucs don’t appear to be pursuing
the veteran. Pittsburgh currently has a projected starting staff that includes
A.J. Burnett, Wandy Rodriguez, James McDonald, Francisco Liriano and Jeff
Karstens, though the ladder two come with health concerns.
The Pirates don’t appear to be pursuing Kyle Lohse, although he would be a great fit with them.

The Braves will be without Brandon Beachy for the first part
of the season as he continues to recover from Tommy John surgery, but they are
also not interested in Lohse at this time, according to David O’Brien of The
Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Tim Hudson and Kris...

Kyle Lohse on the arbitration process
MLBTR ran a great feature today about the arbitration process. It was kind of cool getting the perspective of the player (Kyle Lohse). It would also be nice to get a perspective from a GM. Hopefully they'll do that.
“It’s not a pleasant thing,” Lohse said. “It’s hard to sit there and listen to the lawyer say how bad you are when the GM is sitting right there and you...
MLB Rumors: New York Yankees have no interest in P Kyle Lohse
It was learned on Wednesday that New York Yankees P Phil Hughes is going to miss a least two weeks this spring training while dealing with a bulging disk in his back. Hughes’ injury could deal another blow to an already thin Yankees starting rotation if his injury lingers into the start of the regular season. Despite possible issues with the rotation, the Yankees front office has...
Could Kyle Lohse become an option for the Cardinals?
Meet Kyle Lohse - the man without a team.
With Spring Training already underway, there has been absolutely no buzz regarding Lohse signing with a team. In fact, most of the buzz has been teams denying interest in Lohse. So far, the Rangers have denied interest, the Rockies are not a fit,

Kyle Lohse rumors: Brewers, Rangers favorites to sign free agent?
While he admits that no one in baseball knows where free

the Milwaukee Brewers and Texas Rangers are the favorites to sign the
right-hander.

Brewers general manager Doug Melvin about his client. However, he has reached

No Lohse in the Bronx
I guess New York Yankees general manager Brian Cashman hasn’t said this enough, Kyle Lohse will not be pitching for the Bombers in 2013. With Phil Hughes recent shoulder injury though he was asked the question and forced to answer it once again.
This is why the Yankees are fishing around for a veteran to put at Triple-A (they plan to watch Chien-Ming Wang in the World Baseball...
Should the Braves go After Kyle Lohse?
The guy who started on Opening Day for the defending World Series Champion St. Louis Cardinals last year, Kyle Lohse, is still without a job. Lohse is coming off of his best statistical season. In 2012, he went 16-3 with a 2.86 ERA and picked up some Cy Young votes along the way. He probably didn’t actually pitch quite that well as his 3.51 FIP and career low in BABIP will...
