The Cleveland Indians have signed infielder Andy LaRoche to a minor-league contract with an invitation to spring training.The 28-year-old journeyman racked up 93 at-bats with the Oakland Athletics last season, hitting .247 with zero home runs and five RBIs.The Indians will be his fourth team during a six-year major-league career.His best season came in 2009, when he hit .258 with 12 homers, 29 doubles and 64 runs driven in for the Pittsburgh Pirates.
