Timlin And LoweNew England Sports Network (NESN) has named three additional color commentators to replace Jerry Remy for the remainder of the season. In addition to the already added Dennis Eckersley (who will work tonight and September 13-22), NESN will add former Sox pitchers Derek Lowe, Mike Timlin and Dan Petry. Lowe will join play-by-play man Don Orsillo next Monday through Thursday (September 9-12), Timlin will work September 24-25 and Petry will be on the air this Sunday. It's unclear whether these four (Eckersley, Lowe, Timlin, Petry) will be the only substitutes for the balance of the season or whether others might be added to the list.
