Marlins option Ceda; recall Hand

The Florida Marlins optioned reliever Jose Ceda to Triple-A New Orleans Wednesday night. Ceda pitched one scoreless inning in his only appearance this time around in the big leagues. The Marlins recalled LHP Brad Hand who will get the start for Florida Thursday against the Washington Nationals. Hand boasts a 2.77 ERA with the club in his five starts and could stick around if he continues to improve.
