nytimes.com:
With a season full of flash bulbs and ceremonial balls Mike Mussina takes his own grab at history as well. Although it may not be as prestigious as a 300th win or a membership in the 500 home run club, but what he did Saturday at Jacobs Field against the Indians can't be overlooked. The "Moose" became the ninth pitcher in major league history to earn 100 victories with two teams, a list that includes five Hall of Famers; two other active pitchers, Randy Johnson and Greg Maddux; and Dennis Mart?nez.
Mussina started his career in Baltimore and it didn't take long before he was racking up double digit win totals. In his seventh season with Baltimore he collected 100 wins, and now in his seventh season with New York he collects his second set of 100 wins with a single team. I give my congratulations to Mussina and his success. With his contact up this year maybe we could see another 100 somewhere else? Just wishful thinking
