From Larry Brown Sports:

Alex Rodriguez's girlfriend seems unfazed by a gossip report that suggested the Yankees player was flirting with female fans.

Torrie Wilson, who has been dating A-Rod since at least last December, wrote the following message on Twitter during Game 3 of the ALCS:

Wilson's tweet was a response to the New York Post reporting on Tuesday that Rodriguez was flirting with some female fans during Game 1 of the ALCS, even asking for their phone numbers.

Rodriguez was benched again by the Yankees for Game 3 of the ALCS amid his postseason slump. He has gone 3-for-23 (.130) with 12 strikeouts during the playoffs. At least he's still in Wilson's starting lineup. Guess we shouldn't remind her that his publicized cheating led to the breakup of his marriage.

  • She needs to wake up and smell the coffee. He's a pig. I'm sure he did it because he has no morals. That's why he goes through so many women. Oh well, guess she can enjoy sloppy how ever many.
  • Based on the morals of those he "dates", can you imagine the "sloppy how many ever" he enjoys.
  • She has a good thing going there and ani't about to mess it up. Had she been married to and no prenup probably had a different view.
  • She clearly wants to stick around for a piece of his 100,000,000 plus.
  • Flirt the Dirt!
  • She was tweeting cause she had Arod dick in her mouth. She knows her place, which is in the middle of a threesome. Sounds like she is oblivious, so she is perfect for minotaur!!!
  • You really need to stick to the porn sites, what sad excuse for a human being you are
  • I think Torrie Wilson summed it up best. Rumor mills can be stupid and get their kicks in vicious character raps. That demonstrates how cool Torre is
  • Can't blame A-Rod for the number of pigs that suck up to him in hopes they might end up being the one.
  • If A-Rod concentrated more on his baseball instead of the HOs, maybe the Yankees would at least make the series close.
  • Maybe if he hit the ball like he hits on the women he'd be of more value to the Yankees. If he continues his slump, the women will drop him, too. as they only like winners. What a waste of talent.
  • What's really incredible and what no one is taking into account, is that the Yankees are 0-3 in the ALCS series, they pay this guy 30 million per year to come through on big games (play offs, world series) and he's flirting with women during a critical series game after the loudsy performance he's had in not only this series but "ALL" the series he's played for the Yankees ???

Can anyone explain to me why we're still keeping this guys on the payroll ???

A-Rod need to learn to honor not only the Yankee uniform, but the Yankee tradition that comes with it and most importanly the fans & the game.
  • She looks manly. I thought that was her arm with the wristwatch lol.

  • She looks manly. I thought that was her arm with the wristwatch on it lol.
  • she's a left over from the wrestlers in the wwe and also george cloney so a-roid has at least sloppy 10's
  • YANKEES SHOULD TRY TO LEGALLY OPT OUT OF THEIR CONTRACT WITH AROID. OBVIOUS HE CANNOT PERFORM WITHOUT PERFORMANCE ENHANCING DRUGS. AS FAR AS THE WOMEN GO, NOT SURE IF HE CAN PERFORM WITHOUT VIAG- -.
  • did you ever notice that on Spongebob, sometimes Squidward's front door opens in, and sometimes it opens out... strange...
  • well come on....of COURSE he was flirting, and he'll probably use the numbers....IF he got any working ones hahaha
Torrie will be fine, I'm sure she gets plenty....of numbers too :)
  • who cares i really dont i just want alex off the yankees
  • Torrie Wilson is very secure with her feelings and emotions and is correct in her dismissing the rumors and/or facts of A-Rod's flirtations. Remember when A-Rod can no longer flirt he'll be to old to do her any good either.--- NOTE: My wife once said that to someone about me.--- Flirtation is harmless and fun, if your carful. People get worked up about some of the most innane things but don;t seem to care that the world is going to hell in a hand basket. Get a life folks.

Brady snubs rookie Garoppolo after touchdown pass

TweetThe New England Patriots were blown out by the Kansas City Chiefs Monday night, with star QB Tom Brady uncharacteristically playing terrible football. Brady was so bad that he was pulled in the 4th quarter with the score 41-7. Brady’s backup Jimmy Garoppolo came in to mop up for New England and promptly led the first team offense on a scoring drive, throwing his first career...

Cung Le suspended for failed HGH test

So, remember when Cung Le posted the above pic on the Internet and claimed the reason he looked overly ripped was because he had just finished an intense workout and the photo was shot under the “perfect lighting”? Yeah, about that… As many had suspected, Le was on something, and that something was human growth hormone. The UFC has suspended Le nine months, retroactive to his...

FCC Chairman: Washington nickname 'inappropriate today'

This could very well end up being the nail in the coffin for the Washington Redskins as we know it. The FCC (Federal Communications Commission) is now considering banning the Redskins name and whether to punish broadcasters who use the term. Reuters is reporting that the FCC received a petition on behalf of a legal activist to take actions in guaranteeing that the team name is no...

Tony Sparano to step in as Raiders head coach

The Oakland Raiders will name Tony Sparano their temporary head coach during a press conference at 5 p.m. ET reported first by ESPN’s Jim Trotter. On Monday night, the Raiders fired head coach Dennis Allen following an embarrassing loss to the Miami Dolphins. Despite tweaking the roster in the off-season, the Raiders started the season with an 0-4 record. Allen’s career record...

Eli on Geno Smith: If fans yell at you, you probably deserve it

Eli Manning is no stranger to the boo birds. The New York Giants quarterback has gone through his fair share of struggles while under center, and subsequently had a good number of unprintable insults hurled his way by the home fans. But despite all of the harassing and heckling Manning has endured, he’s never stooped to the fans’ level and responded, although he certainly empathizes...

49ers players come out in support of Jim Harbaugh

It’s probably not all too suprising that multiple San Francisco 49ers players have come out in support head coach Jim Harbaugh. It was reported by NFL Media’s Deion Sanders on Sunday night that some within the 49ers locker room want Harbaugh out. ESPN’s Trent Dilfer also called the environment under Harbaugh in San Francisco “toxic.” On Monday, veteran Alex Boone came out...

Raiders reportedly expected to make a run at Jon Gruden

Tim Kawakami of Mercury News expects the Raiders to make a “hard run” at hiring Jon Gruden as their next head coach. Ian Rapoport also suggests that the Raiders were likely to set their sights on Gruden before targeting different “superstar” head coaching candidate. “Of course, all eyes turn to Jon Gruden.
