The Washington Nationals and right handed pitcher Dan Haren agreed on a one-year, $13 million deal reports Ken Rosenthal of FOXSports. The deal is pending physical. Back in November, the Angels declined Haren's $15.5 million option paying the $3.5 million buyout and making him a free agent. The 32-year old right hander went 12-13 with a 4.33 ERA, 4.24 FIP, 7.2 K/9, 1.9 BB/9 and 1.4 HR/9 in 176.2 innings with the Angels in 2012.
