Megan Olivi is a Fox Sports host, reporter & producer. You’ve probably seen her on San Diego Padres broadcasts. Megan Olivi works alongside Laura McKeeman and Kelly Crull. The trio was hired together in February; making Padres broadcasts and Fox Sports like the LeBron James, D. Wade and Chris Bosh of sideline reporter talent. How many championships would this trio win? You can compare sportsbooks for this huge weekend of baseball action. Here you can watch video of Megan Olivi taking batting practice at the Padres home stadium. (SB Nation, Gas Lamp Ball) Late in the evening as the event came to a close and security prepared to storm the field, we were able to witness something magical. New Fox Sports Reporter Megan Olivi put her hair in a sock bun and then put on a clinic at the plate. Somehow she did it all in high heeled sneakers too. Whispers around the cage said she use to play softball competitively, others said she played semi-pro ball around the country under an assumed name. The best part of that post is when the SB Nation writer talks about being credentialed for Padres media day. That’s really awesome. The Cubs and White Sox would NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER in a million years give insider access like that to a sports blog. So in that sense San Diego beats Chicago. Just like in ’84 when Steve Garvey, Eric Show, Tim Flannery and company dismissed Leon Durham, Rick Sutcliffe et al. Megan Olivi on Twitter. Megan Olivi on LinkedIn. Megan Olivi on Padres Public.
