Phillies Claim Steven Register

Todd Zolecki and David Murphy are reporting that the Phillies have claimed right handed pitcher Steven Register off of waivers from the Colorado Rockies. This season Register has registered (pun intended) a record of 0-2 with a 4.50 ERA in the Pacific Coast League's Colorado Springs (the Rockies' triple A affiliate). He will be sent to triple A Lehigh Valley.
