You may have heard that former MLB slugger Manny Ramirez recently signed a deal to play professionally in Taiwan. Well, if not, just know that he did. Here is the story if you don't believe me.
On Wednesday, Ramirez made his much-anticipated Taiwan Chinese Professional Baseball League debut with his new team, the EDA Rhinos. He went 2-for-6 at the dish, with two singles, but the biggest takeaway from this game is the image you see above.
These fans are apparently on board with the signing of Ramirez, except there is only one problem, the gentleman depicted on their sign is definitely not Manny Ramirez. It's Reds ace Johnny Cueto.
I suppose these ladies confused the two because of their similar hair styles, or maybe it's because both players hail from the Dominican Republic, but whatever the reason, it's the thought that counts, I guess.
