The first season of his return as the general manager of the Minnesota Twins hasn't gone exactly as Terry Ryan had hoped. His team is 49-62 and in fourth place after a loss to Cleveland on Wednesday. Minnesota has plenty of questions to answer this offseason as the Twins look ahead to 2013 in hopes of returning to contention. With the trade deadline behind him and the team's offseason objectives coming into clearer focus, Ryan sat down for a one-on-one interview. FSN: What has this first year back in the general manager's chair been like? Have there been any surprises along the way? RYAN: Not really. It's the same job description, and there's the same objective and a lot of the same people. The biggest difference that I see from my first stint is the transition from the dome to Target Field.
