This is a very exciting time of year for baseball fans. Not only is the MLB season well underway, the minor league season has started as well. It is always interesting to see how prospects have improved over the off-season, and how that relates on the field. Obviously, it is too early to make any assumptions on how good of a season a certain player will have, but it is always nice to see them in real games. In this edition of Promising Prospects I will profile: Minnesota Twins OF Byron Buxton, Arizona Diamondbacks P Archie Bradley, and New York Yankees OF Slade Heathcott.
