Game Notes: Adalberto Santos had his sixth multi-hit game in his last eight games. In 51 games this year in Altoona, 22 of them have been multi-hit games. Stefan Welch has cooled down some in the second half, hitting for a .232/.315/.305 line in 95 at-bats since the Eastern League All-Star break. Tyler Waldron made his third start for Altoona, and had his best outing, after combining for eight earned runs in seven innings his first two starts.

Kaminska made three appearances in relief with Altoona, giving up three runs on seven hits in six innings, with a 7:0 K/BB ratio. Alex Dickerson hit his 12th homer of the year. Andy Vasquez hit his 4th homer of the year.
